New 25KG salt is measuring 9 ish on dKH.

Have you managed to brew a batch from the old bucket and what result did you get?

Hello there Tim the salt went back to D&D were David Saxby phoned me yesterday to find out what was wrong so its in hand, at the moment Im also testing a batch from that bucket.Steve.

Second batch from the new bucket of salt is good too.

Don't know if it helps, although it's probably relevant; I noticed today that the new salt water batch didn't smell and there was a definite niff from the high Alk batches.

BTW - I have them there LED's too. That will be why my answers about lighting always seemed so confusing I wasn't explaining mine are LED.
