d+d did say that they were sorting out their website so spares could be bought on line but the last time i looked you had to get involved with emailing etc.
not great service for a product that has sold oodles in the uk and the reason that i bought another brand locally for mine.

i've bought a few grands worth of kit off them over the years but was amazed at the lack of simplicity with regards to the purchase of nano spares.

We have apprrox 300 retailers across the Uk who are able to supply any of our products and spares. Some retailers will not carry all items or spares that we supply, but most will gladly order them in for you if you ask them to.

We do offer a spares direct service on Deltec only items at present. This is for people who require parts such as o rings or hard to source parts or need items quickly. We are hoping to build up this service and now have Andy running this for us. Things sometimes take time to develop and move on and we are working on this.

The replacement nano lamps both 24 and 36 watts are in stock as are most other nano spares in our warehouse in the UK.

Should any one be having issues with finding a certain part they can always email us through our website and we can guide you to your nearest stockists etc.
