Profilux Ph calibration??????

Ive just set my profilux up for the first time on my new tank and calibrated the ph probe. Then tested it in the 9ph solution, and the ph went up to 9.48 :confused:

So I re-calibrated it and tried again, and its gone up to 10.50 and nomater what I put it in (tank, ph7, ph10, holding tank) it wont budge from 10.50 :mad:

Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

are you sure you have calibrated it right,i found it easy to setup,contact steve though as you may have a dud probe
