Could this tank be converted? What sort of filtration would i need? What sort of lighting? is the tank lighting already fitted ok? or would i need something like a luminair?

I have no working knowledge of that tank. Perhaps if you could read the 'Sticky' on this part of the forum written by Simon in the first instance. This should give you some clues as to whether its suitable in the first instance. Then come back with some more specific questions.

Have a bit of a look see, figure out where you want to go with seahorses (aquascaping, type you want to keep, breeding or not etc) then fire away with the questions.
