Sorry about the website issues, which may actually continue for a few more days. With the launch of the new MAX 130D & MAX 250, we have been doing a major re-work of www.redseamax.com, and it's created some issues. Both the MAX.com & redseafish.com sites should have most pages accessible now though. The "Contact Us" pages will be updated shortly.

Hi Steve,

I've been trying to find some contact details on the website for product support. When I click on the contact us links on the red sea max web site, i get an error.

I need a new Fan for a 130 hood, who can I contact, 1 about getting a new fan, and 2, about how to change it, details are not in the manual.

Got an email from Steve after I'd contacted interpet customer services who suggested a new hood would be sent out. Steve said the Fans are not warranty items? However he has informed me that redsea are going to send two fans today with fitting instructions. Sounds good.
