Dear All,
My APF600 pump recently stopped working. I'm about to remove it and see if there is anything obvious at fault but my guess is that it has failed and probably needs a new one.
My question - a reefer friend of mine has a spare aquabee 3000 - can I use this on the skimmer and if so what is the likely impact? I believe the APF600 is fitted with an Aquabee 2000 pump. I've also been advised that the housing on them all is the same size - its just the impeller and rotor that may be different.
Anybody with any experience of these pumps in relation to my query above?
Any help / advice much appreciated...
