Hi
I have a 1100litre reef system, which I have kept for a number of years.

I'm considering setting up a separate system just for seahorses. I only want to keep a couple of seahorses, and a few soft corals.
What tank should I use? I want a small tank, and am considering a D&D 24G nano (which I have just bought), or possibly an AquaMedic Chromis (which I also have).

Does anyone have any recommendation on the following:
- Suitable small tank (D&D 24G, AM Chromis etc)?
- A breed of seahorse that would be suitable for the setup, and which could possibly breed
- A book for a new seahorse keeper
- Anything else a new seahorse keeper should know!

Thanks

I'd be interested in any book recommendations too.

I have these, but wondered if there are other books that could be recommended?

Seahorses A complete Pet Owners Manual, By Frank Indiviglio
Seahorses (Practical Fishkeeper's Guide) By Neil Garrick-Maidment.

With regards to yor tank plans, I'd say that would be the OK for 1 pair, for guides on which breed check out the seahorses.org Articles (http://www.seahorse.org/library/articles.shtml) I've found this and Simply Seahorses another good reference. Along with this forum.

Good luck
