I was just about to do that. Thank you for your help though, very much appreciated.:)

Hi Sharon, the sump is an acrylic eco system sump, eco system is the company that brought miracle mud to the market, so would normally have mud in it as the media. The sump could alternatively have a sand bed.

Hi, Blackbolt, It doesn't seem to make any difference whether I type in the address or click on the link posted, I still get access denied 403 message on www.aquaticstore.com Appreciate your help on this;I think I'll give up on it now and just check things out on the one I can access. I just don't like to think I'm missing anything!:thanks:again for your response.

But why do you want to access .com?.You say you can use co.uk,so you can use that. Both bring up the same site, your not missing anything.

Yup, if one works then thats good enough. You've probably got some security software blocking the redirect. Both work fine.

Hi Blackbolt,I don't particuarly want to access .com I thought if other people were also having problems, Aquatic Store would like to know. I was joking when I said I didn't like to think I was missing anything;) Thanks EagleC for coming up with a solution.

Hi Aquatic Store, Followed your advice it's still the same can only access your .co.uk link I think it's probably what EagleC said it's something blocking access to .com on my pc. I hope I haven't caused you concern regarding this I figured if there was a fault with accessing your site you'd like to know.

Delivery for this system will have to be by pallet and because of the size it will be classed as two pallets meaning thatt cost will be around £90 for mailand UK. To NI i would think your probably talking double that.

Hi Paul, sorry the system has sold over the weekend.

Neil.
Your well out of order here, it was you that stated you would deliver for £90 anywhere in the UK, you've messed my Husband around from the beginning. My feeling is you had sold the tank and was waiting for him to get fed up, as we had noticed that the tank had been taken off the Erdington Internet site. All I can say is THANKS FOR NOTHING and you could not even be bothered to make a phone call.

Unfortunately because of your location, it would have made delivery really expensive, as we stated all along and I was trying to find another way of getting this to you, but as there were only two days of the week that we could make delivery, one of those being of a weekend, I didn't manage to find a viable solution.

The size of the system, over 5' and the fact that it wouldn't be safe to ship tne tank on top of the stand, meant that the deliver would have to be made on two pallets, a 5' pallet is classed as two pallets as it it takes up two pallet spaces, so infact we would be paying for 4 pallets, bearable if your not in a remote destination, but becuase of the postcode it would have been just far to expensive, all of this was I explained at the time.

I am sorry if you feel aggrieved, but we have been straight down the line all the way.

Susan

This is my final word and I am not going to get into a slanging match, but it was you who stated when POSTCODE was given that you could deliver for £90, my understanding is that first come first served.. although not in this case eh!!!. Our last conversation was you were still trying to sort delivery...... Had you of phoned because you have our home and mobile number to say you had a buyer then maybe I would not have been so upset or we were looking at hiring a van to collect ourselves. So yes I am angry and upset

It was pointed out at the time when you first enquired as to how much it would cost to deliver to your poscode, that there would be an extra cost as it classed as the highlands, you could have ordered the tank at that point but chose not to. We tried our best to sort out transportation without it costing loads, but we couldn't.

Look at POST NO 20 - nothing mentioned about Highlands or extra cost ......... say no more
