Hi,
im looking at skimmers for my new tank (which is a 2ft cube+sump)
i was looking at getting a BK180 but with the pound down its drove the price sky high and i was also worried about getting replacement parts should something go wrong,
And now ive found these skimmers which look great =],
Could you give me some info on the Skim 2 please?
The total basplate dimensions (Inc pump and pipe work)?
Price of the skimmer?
Also needlewheele or meshwheel which do you feel pulls out more gunk lol !?
Thanks allot guys

I had an ultraskim2 a few weeks ago. It was one of the original spec ones. Measurements can be found here............

I eventually upgraded the needlewheel for a meshwheel . Defo worth the money without a doubt to get the meshwheel with it.
Its a cracking skimmer pulls gunk for fun with the mesh and runs economical!
Im regreting selling it now but I needed the space in my sump.
