Help with giesemann Lighting Unit

Hi,
Purchased a 2nd hand triple 250w. Think its a 260 moonlight? Have had it about 6months. I have always had problems with the timer switching the bulbs on at funny times, so started to do it manually. However, tonight the displat does not light up and just says "giesemann lichttechnik" and I cannot control any of the computer part. Have you got any info on who I could contact to sort the problem? Or anyother information would be really helpful!

I would call Geisemann directly, they are very helpful. Couldn't do enough for me.

Technicians are not availabe at lunch times though, come on it's civilised Europe

It may be better to phone D-D directly and ask to speak to Stuart Bertram. He does come on here but I gather that he is usually very busy.
