Or move the subject further away :applause:
Oh you want a serious answer do you, :D
I think you may be able to buy lens coupler/joiner so you can fit a wide angle lens to the front of the macro lens, the effect will be to reduce the focal length maybe?
Don't know what the quality will be like though.

I dont think you can reduce a tele lens. Buy yourself a wide angle lens, 18 or 24 should be ideal.

Dont think there is anything you can do and maintain quality.Probably best to sell it and get the 105mm if you want to replace it for another Sigma and you are using this for macro work.
It's a superb lens (I have the 2.8 version) it's just a bit tricky to use but the long working distance is superb if you want to se flash and with extension tubes obviously you can move in much closer

I dare say if tyou are using a crop sensor camera go for a full frame one. Not exactly a cheap option. As above the only thing you can really do is buy extension tubes which will allow a closer focus. That will actually make it look like you have extended the focal length as the camera to subject distance will be less.
If you are looking for a wider macro lens you could try tubes or macro screw in filter on a shorter lens.
