Dosing pumps - won't switch off!

At some point over the weekend, my dosing pump unit decided it would turn all three pumps on permanently, and dumped best part of 15 litres of Balling salts into the tank :(
I don't think it's an issue with the Profilux as the pumps continue to run even disconnected from the controller. Basically, they start spinning as soon as power is connected to the unit.
Is this a warranty job?

Don't let your skimmer overflow into the back of the unit, that prevents this happening... Sorry Ian, had to put this one straight. I'll send you a mail with news of the replacement circuit board.
