plug bar not working after update

i have updated my firmware and pc program to 4.03 and now my 4 socket plug bar does not work, any ideas why

i have a six bar socket as well and this is fine still


i'm not great with the setting so unsure what to check

i managed to sus this one some of my setting went astray in the conversion when i upgaded

trying to get used to using the pc to control the ghl
