PC software

I'm having problems with this.
My firmware is 4.01 so I've downloaded the correct PC software for 4.01.It c It says Connection to ProfiLux established successfully.But I can't click on the File menu or any off the menu along the top.I ckick on the nane but nothink happens .It's as if it's just a word and not ment to do anything.
I've reinstalled it a few times but no joy.

Any ideas ?

Try software version V4.0.4.0.

That is the pc version I have .
I'm going to install it on another PC just in case it's my machine.
