What size refugium might I need for a 4 foot tank. I am thinking it would have to go on the side of the tank as the strenghening struts that go the lengh of the tank are against the glasss, the tank is 18 inches wide.
I believe you can put rotifers and copepods in them. I have a culture on my kitchen window sill and they make what looks like a lot of detris, I wouldn't have thought this would be good in a refugium.
I do have a skimmer and a cannister filter so would the size of the refugium matter?
