digital plug bar not working

the only light that is on is the green power light, had to unplug it today and it hasent worked since

It sounds like it isn't connected correctly, please check that you have it connected to S1/S4 and the connections are sound.

checked it's definatly in the s1-4 port, not sure what elsa to try, causing me a nightmare due to losing 6 sockets

sorry missed this post till now, com light is not light up neither are the red lights, the green power light is on
