Hi there - wonder in aynone can help ?

I am having problems programming my GHL-Profilux Dimmable LED - Full Weather Simulation Red - Blue - White - Flash - Stick.

At the same time as trying to program the LED's I added an additional 2 port 1-10v interface card.
Initially I installed and programmed the LED's to work on the new port 5/6 - both the moonlights and RED sunrise / sunset LED's worked ok - but no storm simulation - on checking the manual I discovered that storm simulation will only work on ports 1/2 or 3/4
I therefore re-configured my Tunze Streams that I had on port 3/4 onto one of the new ports 6/7, they worked ok - I then reconfigured ports 3/4 for the LED's however they will not work on these ports !! No Blues, Reds or Storm !
I have noticed that when you first plug in the LED's they go through a self/test, this does not happen when they are connected to ports 3/4, it does when connected to ports 5/6

Can you go into light scenarios and use the sliders to cvontrol those channels to see if you can get an output, that will halp pinpoint the issue.

Hi Steve... I will give it a go tomorrow ..
I have moved the LED's to L1/2 and they work fine on that port - the dimmable T5's have been moved from L1/2 to L3/4, they work fine on the port that I couldn't get the LEDS's to work on ... most strange

I will let you know how I get on when I move them back and do the manual test..

Managed to re-configure LED's back onto L3/4 this evening ..
tried to use the sliders to control the LED's but still no output on either channel
( currently running 4.04, if that helps )
