hi just replaced the bulbs on my max thinking they were at fault but not the lights just go off at random is this likely to be a timer problem ?

depending on the age of your RSM, I suggest registering it on the red sea site.

I bought mine as an ex display from my lfs and the timer didnt work at all, nor did the light fans. lfs got onto interpet who sent out a whole new hood. I can't fault the customer service, its excellent

Hi Karmann, I have emailed you back. As you have the Grasslin timer, which is bulletproof, it's not this. Drop me an email and we can follow up and get you sorted out. All the best, Steve
