new sump advice please

hi guys
we have a 6'6"x2'x2' tank and are upgrading the sump.
we have a 40"x24"x24" tank ready to be turned in to a sump.
i would like a refugium and space for skimmer,calcium recator,phosphate reactor.

any one have some designs that would steer me in the right direction?

oh whats best to use persex or glass?
