Lumix settings??

I few months ago I dropped my Nikon and since then the best I've had to play with is my Lumix DMC-FX33. The thing confuses the hell out of me frankly - can anyone familiar with this model give me some basic settings to play with please? :o

I have the fx 500 and having the same problem I have fiddled about with the manual settings and got the odd good result. I have found the ia a bit pants for tank shots tho.

shouldnt be having too much problem getting half decent shots with a compact, why not put an image up and say what you dont like about it and give us your settings
