Big thanks to Stuart at D-D Aquarium Solutions :worship:
I was clumbsy enough to drop my MCE 300 body whilst cleaning causing a lovely hole in the side of it, My local aquatics shop where quoting in the region of £70 for a replacement so i thought i will go to Deltec direct. I mailed the spares department and had a reply by telphone by 9.00 the next morning.
Although there where no bodies in stock an order was coming from Germany so i would need to wait for about 5 days, im impatient and had been skimmerless for three days already.
Stuart told me he had a second hand spare with a slight crack in it which he would send and only charge the postage, the skimmer body was in my office by overnight carraige the next day and im up and running again for a fiver, stuart even repaired the slight crack before sending it.
It has been running for 6 days now and all is very well.
Big Thanks Aquarium solutions, shame other businesses can not give such excellent after sales (french cars :annoyed:)
