I was told by yourself (Neil) to bring the Salifert Iodine Tesk Kit back to the shop because the test kit had not got an out of date label also one of the liquid has turned yellow.

I have been to the shop about four times also I have phoned about 3-4 times but I am still unable to get hold of you.

I am suprised that member of your staff was unable help me, they just suggested that I deal with you directly regarding the faulty product.

Can you please suggest a time and date that I will be able to get hold you.

Hi there, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, i thought hen someone put a post on we got an email to notify us, apparently not.

No problem in swapping your kit. Not sure why this was not swapped for you when you came into the store, also have had no messages about this.

So just bring it along tothe shop and exchange it, whether i'm their or not.

I actually thought that I would never get a reply from you, it did take a few months for a reply. I will try to pop down today, I have to remind you though that I no longer have the receipt, I hope that would not be a problem.

Hi Slim, no worries, don't worry about not having the reciept, will exchange for another for you. Incidentally, iI have checked all the other Iodine kits and none of them have a expiry date on.
