what is customer service like at deltec? i have being trying to contact them ordering parts but not getting any responce?is it just me or is the same happening to over people?:confused:

Looking at the exploded view i would say part 18 comes with with the pipe you mention as its probably solvent welded into the lid.I dont deal with spares though so its hard for me to comment but i reckon its a safe bet.Same with the out and inflow pipes to the pump.

Just thought i'd add to this, i have found the customer service amongst the best i've come across in the hobby, open and honest and not patronising. (regarding D-D as i've never dealt with deltec)

Just wanting to add my 2p's worth.

Sent an email on Friday asking for the damping kit. Was promptly replied too, and part was delivered on Saturday.

Very impressed with that level of service.
