Exif data:
Model: Canon EOS 30D
Shutter Speed: 10/1 second
F Number: F/22.0
Focal Length: 18 mm
ISO Speed: 100
I corrected some barrel distortion in PS, plus, i used a circ polariser and 2 x ND8 filters
Looks like a load of foam has been washed up.....
I love slow shutter effects on water.
Very nice pic :)
What lense did you use?

This one is an HDRi, purposefully shot like this because of a strong backlight after a storm (as you can see by the clouds).
It's a 'cliff-face' (get it?)

i think the hdri shot you can just start to see the manipulation in the clouds possibly a touch to dark, have you tried knocking it back a couple of shades?

forgot to say both pics still look excelent in my opinoin!!
The cotton wool waves from the long exposure are great on the first one. The HDR is a really strong, moody shot.
