Are your 36w power compact bulbs compatible with the interpet ballasts and vice verse. Have looked on the d-d website but can't find the pc tubes or ballasts, is there a link?

Both the 24 watt and 36 watt compacts should fit the Interpet ballasts. The JBJ compact lamps we supply have 4 x linear pins on them. This means that the pins are in line and not staggered, so should fit. As things can and do change please check first before making any purchases.
