Couple of questions:

What is the salifert kit reading for the salt mix?
What is the display tank reading?
Is your mix bucket clean?
Did you rinse the test vial with RO water and allow to air dry or did you wipe it out with something?
To get an accurate reading id advise using the D-D high sensitivity kit,ive always found the Salifert kit to be variable and a little difficult to read.
Do you use a phosphate remover?
