I have just installed a Profilux. pH and Temperature are working fine. I have the float valve installed and set to Auto Top Off, with socket 3 set to Water 1 on the plug bar to drive the pump. But there is no connection!
I can switch the soclet manually so that is OK. The diagnostics show the sensor recognising the level drop (show - on display rather than X) but no activity on the socket.
I'm probably doing something stupid but help appreciated. Does the level sensor appear on the sensor overview page (ph and temp do). The current status of sensor and socket at the bottom of the PC screen page for level show nothing (all greyed out) either.
