Best Wave Setting

Hi

I have 2 MP40w's.......I want to make a decent size wave in my 6ft tank.......what is the best setting to have this on....

Long Pulse
Short Pluse

Should they be in sync or anti sync mode?

All of this is trial and error as each tank is different.

The last tank I set up was long pulse and slaved anti sync
To get the frequency turn off all other pumps including return then adjust pulse to set up wave action store puls once you have a basic wave and then play some more.
