vortech MP40 issues

well it appears i am having problem with my MP40 again on the new replacment wetside.
issue this time is the propellor keeps comming loose evry few days starts vibrating and once again ejects across the tank. :annoyed:
any ideas guys

why not put dab og super glue on the nut thread to hold it in place...albeit none of mine have this problem
