MP40w on Polypropylene Backed Glass Tank ?

Hi Jezz,

My tank has a 2mm ish thick Polypropylene backing (exterior) on 15mm glass, this brings 2 questions,

1) Will an MP40w hold it's wet side through this thickness
2) Will the dry side get too hot for the Polypropylene...
