Hi,

I have an aquamedic auto top-up, mounted in the right hand cabinet (as your looking at the tank) with the cable for the float switch and hose for top up routed through the accessorie grill. The float switch and outlet are both mounted in the chamber that holds the bio media/ carbon.

I have not purchased one
But considering to opt in for the tunze ATO
it's new in production with a magnetic holder better than the last model which only had plastic clips
oviously will be a nightmare to install in a RSM 130 but the new model is perfect I will run it through the fan unit at the back of the tank.

Hi Bulldog

I have the tunze ATO on my current tank and it has worked really well. I plan to put it on an RSM250. As far as I know the new ATO is the same except the magnet, which you can buy seperately for £20. Just to let you know so you have the option to perhaps pick up a second-hand and upgrade it.

Me & second hand do not get along! do you know any retailers that are selling the tunze ATO with the new magnet clip!
I am having troubles finding it on the net and my LFS!!!

I can't source one either. A sponsor was selling them - I emailed them last week to see if they had them in stock and I just got a note back saying not in stock, taken off website ( rather than offering to order one for me) so perhaps there are supply issues.

Anyone out there know where to source a 3155.600 Tunze dual sensor magnet upgrade for a 3155 ATO? :)

Cheers

I've got a Tunze osmolator on my RSM 250 and it works very well. I've got the sensor(s) in the left hand chamber.

I have also got the new magnet Tunze on my RSM 250 set up in the left hand column and it works really well. Got mine from Coventry Aquatics.
