mp20 problem

my mp20 stops randomly stops working all lights go out once unplugged and plugged back in it works till it randomly stops again.
first time was about 3 nights ago after night mode it never came back on.
last night it did the same.
and has cut out another 3 times today :confused:
whats wrong with it ? and what can i do to rectify it ?

This is the bearing moisture issue affecting some of our last batch of pumps.

PM me your address and I will send the replacement parts.

they are easy to swap and detailed on the ecotech website.

I am also having the same problem... with both of my MP20's.

They have been fine for 3 month... First one started stopping randomly (faint light from inside the controller) and now the other one is doing the same. No red error lights...

They just stop.

I sent a message to the US website (As you suggested when I spoke to you on the phone) but they have not got back to me.

Can you help?
