Hiya
May of missed this but cant find any info on the flex length. Was looking at a couple of these to replace my age old streams.Would need a fair old flex so i can sit the wireless boxes together at one end of a 6 foot tank whilst having a pump at each end.
Cheers in advance.
hi buddy, just measured the cable on my mp20 (roughly ha ha) and it was about 2.25m from dry side to controller. hope that helps
Can't measure mine but they do sit at each end of my 6 foot tank.

Excellent chaps thanks very much.
Think you will have a wireless box at each end Tony, but cable will be long enough on your tank.

They must be able to "see" each other or you will not be able to set them up together.

Ah thanks Jon that was what I was wondering about a I would loose line of sight control. I suppose I could stick both controllers down the back of the tank but then my precious new flashy lights will be hidden.

You will have more than enough flex there is about 7ft from the controller to the pump then about 4ft of thinner cable from the controller to the transformer and then another 5 to 6 ft of cable to the plug. I have mine on oposite ends of a four foot and the cable is long enough to go back accross the tank again. as long as you don't mind the transformers being behind the tank then you will be able to put the controllers wherever you want them.

Cheers Jim,not sure if the seven foot will allow me to get the two controllers together at one end of the tank though .I.E seven foot. One has got to go at the left side of a 30" wide tank(near the front pane),around the side ,down the back six foot and then site the controller next to the other which will be sitting on the right end of the tank if you can envisage what i mean?

cant the cables come along the rear of the tank, in through the back of the cabinet
then sit side by side in the front of the cabinet, so visible when doors are open?
then that would only require about 4-5ft per vortech and leave enough cable for tucking away or tidying up
just a thought
roops
great tank by the way:)

See what you mean, I was thinking the controllers were going centrally rather than both on one end.
