Fantastic Service

I had the screw shaft snap on my MP40W and after emailing Ecomarine and then being sent to ITC, I thought I was in for a run around. Charlie took care of the situation and sent me new bearings and screwset etc ultra fast. Great service and all up and running again.

Not sure why it snapped there was no vibration etc, but working like a dream again now.

Although I agree, yes, very good service. For the price people are paying for these pumps small things like this shouldn't be happening, wet sides falling off, screw snapping, noise etc.

I am looking at buying an MP20 at the end of month as I do like the look of them and it would be nice to limit the amount of clutter that can be seen in my tank, however the 2 years I have had my Koralias I have had nothing break or snap (except a ceramic shaft through my own heavy handedness), are totally silent and cost me a lot less.

Vortech need to either reduce the price or match the materials they are using to that price that are not going to break/degrade in such a short space of time.

cant agree i was sent to itc by the shop i got my mp40's off after a wetside broke after 2 months use to get a replacement wetside over a month later nothing and no reply to an email i sent the other day joke!these items cost alot and seem to break more often then not very unhappy with the service i have received to date
