I know where I will be buying my frags when my system is ready for corals :).

BTW may I suggest stocking zoa frags and mushroom frags etc.

Cool hopefully I can start my job asap to get the relevant test kits for corals.

Saw your Salifert Master Test Kit by the way, great idea I'll be buying one at some point.

some good coral frags at affordable prices on there, whats the difference between acans and favia, they look very simular

the favia are a very small polyp
whereas the acans are a very fleshy polyped coral

both fairly easy to keep imo

oooh acan frags! woop! I'm off on holiday for 2 weeks but when I get back my bank balance is in trouble!! lol

Just out of interest how big are the acan frags?

acan frags are between 1.5 and 2 inches
i will hopefully trying to add a scale to my pictures soon if i can do it

Visited shop today with the intension of getting a few frags. Looked to get one of the blasto wellsi, which I was informed was £15 per polyp. One I was looking at was confirmed as £60.

Decided not to get the frag as I could of sworn it was cheaper on line. Just checked website and the blasto I was looking at is priced at £40 (frag 70). Disappointed that there is a difference of 50% between on-line and shop price :confused:

are you sure it was the same one? we have about 3 or 4 or these if i remember correctly
i can honestly say we dont have 2 different prices intentionally

the blastos are £15 per polyp and if the one you saw had 4 heads then it should be £60
i have just had a look on the site and you are correct the 4 headed one is priced up as £40 which is an error but i will honor it if you still want it

WOW frags look great, also seen some lovely furry mushrooms :wub:
