not very happy with your service

Hi Neil i have had to send a message via this website as i am getting no satisfaction dealing with yor shop or emailing i have even phoned..... but all im told is someone will phone me back and yes you have guessed they dont, i dont know whats going on but according to you shop i was being sent a motor a Aquabee 2000/1 the old style, it is in replacement for the incorrect one you sent me. i returned the wrong one back to you you recived it monday morning, if you need i can supply you with the signature that recived it, i sent it back at my own expence of £5.50 in the hope that i would get a better service than i have recived, im sorry but im not very happy at all with this service.

Hi Anthony, just got back from hols. I picked the 2000/1 before I left, so i know it was ready for dispatch on Monday, will find out shortly where its got to and let you know, will get another one dispatched Monday if this one has gone missing.

Also will find out why your quieris have not been dealt with.
