This new digital powerbar compatible with the Profilux III / III eX only, connects to the PAB (Profilux Aquatic Bus) port on the Profilux III or PAB expansion boxes.
This allows 2 way communication between the powerbar and the controller, it is envisaged that this can be used for power consumption management. Using the PAB powerbars removes the current limitation on the Profilux Plus II series of controllers.

The PAB powerbars will be available from October 2009, pre-order details to follow.

What was the limit?

On the PII there is a limit of any combination of 24 sockets or dosing pumps.

The shipments will start at 08. December 2009 and they will take about 2 weeks (it is just impossible to ship several hundreds of P3, P3eX, Powerbars-PAB, Expansion Boxes, Upgrade Kits,...) in one day...
