Clock set on Tec 111NG

Hi

Just set up the above doser.
The clock is not operating, i.e. it is setting ok but not moving forward. Also I believe it should say "SAVED" when I exit the set clock menu, it is not!
The pumps are operating manually so they seem to be ok and it is saving the programme for each head ok.

Is this a common fault with the clock?
Is there a reset on the unit? (If so, where as I cant see anything and nothing mentioned in the instructions)
Is there an easy fix?
Is it a dud?
Or am I being a complete plonker and doing or not doing something?

Not seen that error on mine but you can reset them, doesn't reset the time but might be worth a try.

This is a translated version of the on-line german manual

Reset in the delivery state / delete the entire program

Through holding the ← key and simultaneously inserting the plug into an outlet all entered values are deleted except for the time thereafter, displays the connected devices (EP, AUX or NONE) for any device and any connected pumps turn on briefly.

If that doesn't work, you can try leaving it unplugged, that will mean that it also needs to be setup from scratch, looks like 3 days with no power is required to get to that point.

Nope, didn't work!

Looks like I'll need to get in touch with the supplier.
I'll switch it off for the three days and see how it goes from there.

Unless someone comes up with a remedy.

I think they have a battery back up, mine came back on at the right time when I bought it second hand after being off for hours.
