RSM 250 Skimmer isnt working

Hi, ive had my red sea max 250 for around a month now, and last week the skimmer stopped working! I took it apart today, and still cant get it to work, it isnt creating any bubbls what so ever! The pump just doesnt seem to be functioning corectly. I must also say, when it was working it was extemely loud? What can i do?

I have been in contact with interpet I think it is ( the contact us on the Red Sea websit) regarding my 250 skimmer is isnt producing any bubbles. They have referred my query onto Red Sea who came back and said there must be a blockage somewhere but everything has been cleaned and cleaned again so no blockages at all!!

Have emailed them back today, getting really p***ed off with it now!

My pump is working i.e pumping water out but is loud like you say.

Just waiting for a reply.

We have experienced a small number of Max250 skimmer pumps where Hydor (the pump manufacturer) appears to have made the impeller shaft very slightly too long. This can cause stoppages in some cases. If you are in the Uk then please PM me with your Max 250 serial number, place of purchase & your address. We are awaiting replacement pumps and will ensure everyone with a genuine problem has the issue resolved shortly.

Kevin, i have sent you an email regarding this, awaiting reply. I have also tried contacting you via the number on Red Sea website, not happy at all to be honest with Red Sea's after sale customer service.
