gamma nutraplus

Hi Guys
After noticing you fed your coral tanks with gamma nutraplus reef feed, i got some for myself:) i have a few questions on how you use it or the best way to use it...do you turn your skimmer off?......is it best to feed after lights out ? any other tips welcome.

we usually just switch off the flow and put some in a jug then distribute it over the aqurium surface and leave fpr 10 mins
and that does the trick for us
