Profilux 3 Upgrade - Pre-Order Details

OK, the information all you Profilux Plus II owners have been waiting for!

How do you obtain a pre-order for the Profilux 3 upgrade?

Retail Price: Normally £213.99 – For a limited period £169.99

Due to the anticipated demand for these upgrade kits we will be operating a pre-order system.
Upgrade kits will be shipped to customers as we receive them in batches from Germany towards the end of November and into December.
We will use the sequence that orders are placed by retailers to priorities orders when they are available.

A valid UK serial number must be given to the retailer at the time you place the order, this can be found on the silver label on the
underside of the Profilux, it should be 10 characters long. Retailers will be unable to place your order with us unless they have this information.

There is an option to select a collection/Installation/delivery service, where we will have a courier collect your unit, return it to us where we will perform the upgrade and then return the upgraded unit to the you for a price of £25 (mainland UK only). You should allow 3 working days for a turn around, after your upgrade arrives from Germany.

Please place a separate order for any other items as we will be shipping the upgrades direct on behalf of all retailers to keep things simple.
The first production units are expected towards the end of November, pre-orders do not guarantee supply from the first delivery, batches of upgrades will be released over the first few weeks of sale.

If you would like to purchase a Profilux Plus II in the meantime, then you can apply for the upgrade immediately you receive your unit and have the serial number.

Retailers have only just received this information tonight, so I would allow them some time before ordering in the morning or on Monday when they re-open.

I would like to pre order one of these, but I'm out of the country for two weeks so can't get my serial number :doh:

The facility in which their ordered has to have the serial number entered or it doesn't go through.

I'm sure who ever is feeding and looking after your tank whilst away can read a serial number off the unit for you.

thanks robin. g/f looking after tank... so worried about the ghl ended up in the sump when she has a look, and doesn't secure it back in place properly afterwards :whistling::laugh:

The discount offer will stop Sunday 22nd November, any upgrade orders placed from now on are likely to be shipped from batches delivered to us in mid January.

Sales world wide have gone mad for this offer and stock is likely to be in short supply for a little while.

The discount offer has now ended. Of course you can still pre-order at the normal price from the retailers, we are looking at mid January for delivery of any PIII upgrades ordered now.
