Hello, just got the new mp10 this morning, set it up as per instructions but it keeps flashing red. I did all the steps mentioned on the troubleshooting website (feed mode, disconnect the wet side, take the dry side in the hand magnet side up, press mode+set until white/yellow, when pump restarts switch the power off and back on), did all that even twice, but it didn't help. The pump would start working but in a minute or two will start flashing red.
One thing i can think of that might be causing it? When the pump arrived in the packaging the both sides were separated by a piece of cardboard, and because they were pressed against this cardboard by the magnets the cardboard made a dent in the foam that is attached to the wet side. Could this be causing it? I can't think of anything else.. :(
Other then this issue the pump appears perfect and very very quiet.
