Fish died

Hi, I'm afraid I've just lost one of the cleaner wrasse (bought pair at weekend) to be honest i came home from work and found it hiding and 2 hours later was dead.

Was wondering if the other cleaner was culprit as was picking on this fish first day but seemed to have settled down last night? I have it in freezer at present. Planning on coming down again in a couple of weeks so let me know what I should do in meantime:(

Copperband is swimming and pecking away at rocks but not taking frozen brine/mysis as yet it was feeding when purchased but need to know what on please??

On a brighter note, I'm interested in another wrasse or 2 maybe a tamarin wrasse (yellow tail and spotted body) and anything else was looking at your red headed wrasse but had a mark on side if that heals and you still have maybe interested in a couple of weeks?
Also want a small trigger pref ok with corals such as a niger etc. and small juv angel.... let me know Guys:thanks:

No problem your livestock is covered by our 10 day guarantee. It would be weird if one had murdered the other as they had been together for weeks. The Copperband's behaviour is quite normal given the choice between picking around the rock work or frozen food it’s rockwork every time it will take food when it’s hungry enough.

Thanks Mark, came home on the Monday evening and said wrasse just had its head showing out of hole in rock, later found it lying on side at rear of tank (can get round rear as its hole in wall) thinking it was dead proceeded to try and net it and it swam off! an hour later it was truly dead.
As I said before whilst they had initial squabble on introduction they where getting along well next day?
Great new is just witnessed copperband eat some bloodworm I introduced:thumbsup: The Chevron eats everything that goes in tank! And the remaining Wrasse seems fine.

Do I bring dead wrasse in to you in 2 weeks? Can you let me know re previous stock enquiry want young Trigger,angel and wrasses aspreviously described:thanks:

Make that 2 wrasses then, the other remaining wrasse has now died!

Its a known fact that unless you have a true pair of Cleaner Wrasse they will kill each other, thats why most LFS only have one in each tank and not a load like you see other fish. Eric:D

You are Wrasse murderer just like Adolf and Pol pot so no problem swapping the fish I don't want a horses head on my pillow.

Eric you know us better than that surely! The Wrasse were together for ages and you probably seen them they were the two in with the Conspic.
