Just one query:

There is no expiry date on the Roti-rich. Please can you advise how long the shelf life is on this before it goes off? I will be keeping it in the fridge.

Hi Keith - happy to help! the Roti-Rich will have a have a really good shelf of 12 months from now and this is aided by being prepared with a low pH. If you can keep the Roti-Rich in a cool place eg fridge that'll help too so no worries about the food going off within a few weeks.
