New Phyto culture advice

Hi,

I received my package from you today (500ml Nanno and Micro algae grow).

What's the best method to get a culture up and running from this? I was going to use my sump light which is a enviro lamp (equivalent of 250w), 2 litre bottle and air pump.

All the threads seem to point to culture from a petri dish culture?

Thanks for the order it's nice to hear it arrived safely. The Phyto stickie will be a good start:

As the guide indicates if you're relatively new to phyto culture just gradually increase the culture volume to avoid over dilution and stressing the culture; if you can be patient wait a few days before increasing the volume.
