Vortech battery back up

I have bought one of these units and when i tried to install it today I relaised that it has been supplied with an American plug (two flat pins) transformer! Has any one else had this? Does anyone know where I can obtain an American adaptor or should I take it back to the retailer and get them to swap it? Due to have a power cut on Monday so I could have done with getting this up and running!!!!!!!

These are normally dispatched with US style shaver adaptors, there has been a supply problem hence a few slipped through the net the needed adaptor is available via maplin and others.

Once we get stock I can send you one out but it wont help you for monday quite a few stores stock the adaptor you need.
