Balling and balling lite

Sorry if this has been asked before but what is the main deifference between balling and balling lite?

Can you still use the balling method with Zeovit?

Sorry being a bit thick

Yes you can run balling and zeo.

The ONLY difference is NaCi free salts (mineral salt). thats it......
Other than Lite is simplier and actually works...
