I promised the other half I wouldn't cut anything up until it arrived....she didn't fancy staring at a hole in the wall for weeks.

This is going to be one to watch, trust me.
The tank is perfect/the lights are going to be mega and im gunna make sure he only stocks it with the nicest corals i can get my hands on

My Boost LED Typhon Controller turned up today, looks like a nice bit of kit. Seems easy enough to use, maybe a bit basic but well worth £54. Just got to work out how to mount it but I have a few ideas.
 The trouble is the buttons are set back from the display.  Looks like I'll need to bring the buttons forward with some extensions. My PC fan also arrived today so I set about routering it into my heatsink.   It needs a bit of tidying with a file here and there but it will look fine when I'm finished. Most of the LEDs will sit directly below the fan so should keep nice and cool. The fitting will have be a mix of 3w and 5w Cree LEDs. 22 Royal Blue, 6 Blue, 7 Cool white, 7 Neutral white and a few reds for night viewing. The Typhon can control the whites, reds and blues seperatly to come an at various times, fade them in and out and control the dimming levels.
