Dangerous Hobby

Approximately 10 days ago I was squirted in the eye by a brown polyp, the pain was really bad, anyhow after a night spent in A&E and several specialist visits to varying doctors I underwent surgery last night to attempt to save the eye.

The eye is so badly infected it is collapsing in on itself and unless drastic surgery is taken it will infect my brain. I have been advised to prepare for the eye to be removed, so please let my story be a warning to you all treat your tank and the contents with respect
