Boyu TL450 replacement heater

The heater I recived with my TL450 seems to be stuck on 27 degrees regardless of how the thermostat is set.
I have been looking at replcements and have found:
TMC V2 Therm
Rena Smart heater
Fluval E
They are all 50 w and suitable upto 60 litres.

Looking for recommendations on what to get please.
TIA
